- I want to attend one of Patsy’s classes. How do I find out if she is teaching in my area? At the top of the home page of the website, click on the “Education” tab. This brings up a dropdown menu and from the dropdown menu select Patsy’s Classes . Her class schedule is at the end of the list, after the class descriptions.
- Where can I find inspiration for my next project? Patsy is always showing us what she is working on in her blog; this is a great place to find inspiration for your next project!
- Where can I apply to become a wholesaler? At the top of the home page of the website, click on the “Wholesale Accounts” tab. This brings up a dropdown menu, and from the dropdown menu select Apply to become a Wholesaler
- Where can I log in once my wholesale account has been approved? At the top of the homepage of the website, click on the “Wholesale Accounts” tab. This brings up a dropdown menu, and from the dropdown menu select Wholesale/Distributor Log In
- I am looking for a product and can’t seem to find it. What should I do? Try using our “Search” feature; this is accessible from every page on the website. Simply fill in key words such as, color (like purple), by brand (like Superior), or by product name (like King Tut). You can also put in the item name like ruler or adhesive spray.
- I am interested in ordering from you but would first like to know the shipping charge. Is there a way to find the shipping charge? Sure! Simply place the items in the cart that you would like to order, then proceed to checkout. After you enter in your billing and shipping addresses you will proceed to the second page of checkout (payment/shipping page). On this page you will see your prices and options for shipping. You do not need to enter any credit card information to determine the shipping charge.
- My shipping charges seem kind of high. Is there a way I can get the charges lowered? What are your shipping policies? Our shipping is through the USPS, so we can ship to home addresses and P O Boxes anywhere in the world. Our shipping charges reflect the charges by the USPS, so they are based on weight, distance traveled, and speed of service. We do not tack on excessive charges to profit from shipping our products. Typically most packages are sent by First Class, Parcel Post, and Priority Shipping. Other levels of service can be arranged if you email or call us. Know that our online store is somewhat limited in shipping options, such as it cannot include flat rate shipping as an option. Our warehouse manager reviews each order placed, and if a less expensive option is available in the same class of shipping chosen by you, she will opt for that. We then pass any savings in shipping costs back to you as a credit to your card or Paypal account. If your shipping charges are holding you back, send us an email or call us with what you want to order, and we will see if we are able to find a less expensive option. Some items may be able to be shipped by Media Mail, another source of savings to you.
- I just bought something at regular price in your store while ago, and now it is listed on sale. Can you give me the sale price? The short answer is no. I wish we could accommodate every customer when this issue arises. We put items on sale for a set time, usually a week. There HAS to be a start and stop time for all sales, like at most retailers. To try to offer the sale price to customers outside those dates would be monumental. At what point do you REALLY stop offering a sale price? One day? One week? One month? Then the idea of a sale kind of goes out the window. And if you take it further, the only "right thing to do" would be for us to contact all the people who bought the item that later went on sale, and give them the discount. So you see this become impossible. So we don't offer the sale price beyond the sale time, and please don't ask us to do this, as it puts everyone in an awkward situation.
- I want to get a gift certificate for my loved one. Do you offer gift certificates? Yes we do! We have gift certificates available in $25, $50, $75, and $100 denominations. To purchase a gift certificate, simply go to “Quilting Supply Store” at the top of the homepage of the website. From the drop down menu click on Gifts/Gift Certificates . Select the gift certificate you would like to purchase, fill in the recipient’s email address and a personalized message, and they will immediately receive the gift certificate in their email inbox, if you choose "Electronic Version"! If you do not want the recipient to receive the gift certificate immediately via email and would prefer us to email a gift certificate file that you can print and give as a gift at a later time, purchase the gift certificate that says "Print Version"
- I can’t get my gift certificate code to work. What should I do? First, make sure you are entering your code in the correct box. On the bottom of the first page of checkout, there is a “Discount Code” box; this box is where you would enter the “Current Special” code but not the “Gift Certificate” code. (Most people who have trouble make the mistake of entering the gift certificate code here-don’t do it!) On the second page of checkout you will see a “Gift Certificate” code box; this is where you would enter your gift certificate code.
- I entered my code in the correct box and it still is not accepting it, what now? Make sure that if you are not copying and pasting your code into the box, sometimes there will be an extra space copied and this will prevent the system from accepting the code. If you have tried both of these options and still cannot get it to work, send us an email and we will get it figured out!
- I can’t remember my log-in password. Is there a way to reset it? From the log-in page, click the link to have your password reset.
- I want to be kept up to date on the latest sales, newest products, give-aways, and all other events going on in the store. Is there a newsletter that can give me all of this information? Yes there is; we have a newsletter that goes out every Friday morning. Simply sign up by clicking on the “Mailing List” icon at the top of the website and make sure you select the “ Subscribe ” link. From there, simply enter your email address and name and you will start receiving our newsletters! (Note: we do not give our mailing list to others!)
- I no longer wish to receive your newsletter. Is there a way I can unsubscribe? Of course you can! Click on the “Mailing List” icon at the top of the website, then select the “ Unsubscribe ” link. Fill out your information and you will no longer receive our newsletters.
