Patsy Thompson Designs, Ltd. makes tax-free, discounted sales offerings available to all qualified parties. Wholesale Reseller applicants must operate a licensed business, and must be holders of a valid state or locality tax license or permit, and where applicable, a US Federal Tax ID.
Becoming an approved Wholesale Reseller will enable you to purchase all our
products tax-free, and purchase our DVDs and quilt patterns at a significant discount.
This is a three step process:
1. Submit a new Customer Registration Form with all applicable information correctly entered.
2. Once the Customer Registration Form is completed, please complete the Wholesale Registration form.
3. Fax a copy of your vendor's license to us in the USA at 419-868-7426. Compliance with sales tax law requires Patsy Thompson Designs, Ltd. to have a photocopy of your vendor’s license on file for our records. Alternatively, you may send a copy of your vendor's license via USPS mail to:

Once we have received and verified your information, we will electronically convert your account to wholesale status, and you will be notified of this change via email. From that point on, you will see the wholesale prices for only our DVDs and quilting patterns when you log on to the site. All other items that are for sale will be available for standard retail pricing.
Please note: Individual wholesale purchase must include a minimum order of $75.00 All sales are final with no returns, other than any product found to be defective.
