Majestic Feathered Wreath Volume 1 & 2 ~ Multi-Format CD

This collection of feathered wreaths can be quilted with an embroidery machine, either on your final quilt sandwich or as a trapunto layer on individual quilt blocks before the quilt is actually pieced. Either way, their graceful plumes and intricate design detail will add a level of sophistication to your quilt. This CD contains all wreath designs from Volumes 1 & 2 of our Majestic Feathered Wreaths collection.

Whether you choose to hoop your quilt to embroider these wreaths or you embroider them as quilt blocks to create a trapunto layer*, they will add drama to your quilt. To create more traditional yet detailed wreaths, use one thread color for the entire wreath. To create drama and add color, use different thread colors for different portions of the wreath. (* instructions included to embroider wreaths as a trapunto layer.)

There are 12 different wreath designs in this collection, from our traditional  “basic feathered wreath” to all kinds of  feathered wreaths featuring intricate wreath spine designs as well as hyperquilting within the plumes. By skipping selected  stitching sequences, there are many  more variations of wreath designs that are possible with these files.  Whether you are a traditional quilter  or an adventuresome quilter looking  to add drama and color to your quilt, this wreath collection is a great addition to your quilt deesign "arsenal!"
